Why Ponderosa Pines?

Pinus Ponderosa, (Latin) is commonly known as the Ponderosa Pine. It is a large coniferous pine (evergreen) tree and typically grow in dry, mountainous regions east of the Cascade Mountains. Such places like Bend Oregon. What makes them special, is they do not typically grow in this area, yet they are scattered across a large portion of King City. They are over 100 years old, and nobody really knows how or why they got here. I decided to name my sub development “Ponderosa Pines Luxury Town Homes” for this reason. Four monstrous Ponderosa Pines showcase their beauty and greet you as you enter.
