You Chose:

  • Wall colors

  • Cabinet types and colors*

  • LVT floor colors

  • Tile and countertop colors/types **

  • Free upgrade from LVT floors, to high quality, luxury carpet in any room you chose*

* An additional cost will be applied for any upgrades above the established budget for a given option.

Configuration changes are limited. Any adjustment to walls or windows will need to go to the architect and Engineer at the cost of the buyer.

If a feature is shown on any renderings, that is what you will get when you move in. There are X exceptions:

  1. The interior renderings show custom railing for both the second and third floors. Railing will be supported with an additional fee.

  2. Buffet (matching quarts with 2 cabinets (3 feet wide each)

  3. All window coverings shown need to be purchased by the owner.

  4. There is lighting that you will need to purchase separately but are shown in the renderings. See the Lighting section for more details.

  5. Office and Zoom room custom countertops and cabinets are not included. Additional cost depends on countertop material desired.
