Our outdoor living space design is one of our signature luxury features. All are private and face direct South for maximum sun.
The half covered 2nd floor deck is massive (~285 Sq Ft). It expands visually out of the living room and is perfect for entertaining your friends, family, and business guests. The deck design yields the perfect mix of sun and shade during the summer months. Almost all of of the deck will provide sun for flowers and plants near ground level. But at the same time, it provides mostly shade at eye level.

The patio living space off the 1st floor will have a large, (~236 Sq Ft), covered, waterproof ceiling making all of it’s content free from rain water above.
